Upon consideration of the Joint Petition for Placement on the Inactive List filed in the above cause, IT IS ORDERED that said Petition is granted and Robert Cunningham Kent is hereby placed on the inactive list pursuant to Rule 3-7.13 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar effective thirty days from the filing of this order so that respondent can close out his practice and protect the interest of existing clients. If respondent notifies this Court in writing that he is no longer practicing and does not need the thirty days to protect existing clients, this Court will enter an order making the placement effective immediately. Respondent shall accept no new business from the date this order is filed.
